Please Note : Paypal no longer requires you to have an account with them to use their facilities, which means you can now use them like any other secure payment gateway using any of the above credit or debit cards. PayPal use a secure server to receive your transactions. PayPal do not pass on your card information to us and we ask that you do not send any card details to us. If you pay using American Express I believe that Paypal convert your money from dollars to pounds which can incur a charge so please check with PayPal or American Express if using American Express Card for payment.We are a PayPal Verified Business Member .

secure server where you can make a secure payment to us for your purchase.You
will receive a receipt via e-mail confirming your order and payment to
orders at Designer Cabochons.Feel free to contact us if you would like

If paying by phone you will need to send a e-mail to email@example.com with the codes and prices of the items you wish to purchase. When you have done this i will contact you back to take payment by phone we accept most credit and debit cards.
Please note from November 2016 we no longer except cheques or postal orders as means of payment.
Items will be dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment via PayPal,
or phone payment.

Postage Costs & Insurance
UK: £2.00 for as many cabochons you would like to order, and will posted first class within 3 days unless we notify you otherwise during holidays etc. If you want your order to be posted via special next day delivery then please contact me or add this to cart on the special delivery page at the time of the order, as an additional charge will apply for this service to cover Royal Mail charges see the special delivery page to add this to your cart.Please be advised that if you wish your parcel to be tracked and insured for loses you need to add the Uk Special delivery/International delivery otherwise we are not responsible for loses incurred if you do not pay the correct postage at time of your order.
INTERNATIONAL Delivery- International Delivery page on the left hand side menu and use the add to basket button to add £7.00GBP to your order, this amount is for however many cabochons you order it includes both insurance and fast signed for delivery which costs £9.00 min. I send this way to protect your order from theft or getting lost. I will on occasion send plain airmail but you will need to contact me first, as I will not be held responsible for lost items if you choose this type of delivery as we always aquire proof of posting.
We want to make sure all customers feel satisfied with their Cabochons or Jewellery, so do not hesitate to contact me if you have a problem and I will be happy to help. To save time please thoroughly check item description before you buy. I have included all measurements individually in item descriptions, and please note cabochons are polished front, back and sides unless stated otherwise.
Please email me within 7 days of receipt, if you are unhappy with your purchase. I will arrange a refund or credit note depending on the reason for return after items are returned in their original condition. I can not at this time offer a refund to people ordering from abroad due to the customs and paypal charges incurred from overseas returns which can add up to a large amount at my expense.The original postage charge is non-refundable and the buyer must bear the return postage cost. The item must be returned unused in its original condition, packaged securely and sent via insured registered post; otherwise it will not be accepted. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in the post, all orders are sent very well packaged to avoid any damage, and damaged items have to be claimed for through Royal Mail which can take up to several months.

**Photographic Accuracy important please read before buying
While every effort
has been made to present the Cabochons as close to the original as possible,
(I photograph in daylight with daylight bulb studio lights).
Colour accuracy in images cannot be guaranteed, due to variations in system
set-up and different monitors.The lights can make the stones appear brighter, so please bare this in mind when purchasing. If in doubt please e-mail me and I am always happy to help.
